Design Approval Agreement

If you are happy to proceed with the most recent design proof(s), please read carefully the text below, before signing the agreement. By signing off the design proof(s), you are agreeing that you have read the below text and done the following:

Checked we have the correct measurements and ensured make, model and year of vehicle is correct (if applicable)*

Paid careful attention to spelling and layout, as this is how your design will be printed on the finished items.*

Let us know if you have specific colour shades - We will match colours as closely as possible, but some print processes may result in colour changes. Colours will not always print exactly as they appear on your computer monitor, mobile phone or tablet so, please let us know if you have specific colour shades. PDF proofs cannot be accurate for colour due to the nature of different screens. However, all other elements such as copy, and layout should be checked. All RGB and Pantone shades will be converted to CMYK by our RIP software. Please note that due to the variety of materials and printing processes used to manufacture your product(s), we cannot guarantee a full colour match, although we will endeavour to match as close as possible within the tolerances of the material. If you wish to check how your job prints before we process your order, please let us know and we can supply a smaller version on the required material.*

I can confirm that I have read the above and I am happy to proceed with the last design(s) sent. I understand that once I have completed this form, my artwork will be submitted straight to print. Any errors on the proof(s) are my responsibility and I accept that any reprints will be chargeable. I confirm I have read and understood the terms and conditions.
